Trumpet Club Hosting

Do you have a society, group or club, but don't have a website for your club? The Trumpet can help you!

We are trialing a new feature that will allow the Trumpet Online to host content for your organisation. If you would like a Trumpet hosted club, here's what you do:

1. You contact us, and we do some technical things and then give you username and password,
2. and then you can log on to your own private club area and create pages of content using a Web-based HTML text editor (it's called FCKEditor, for the interested among you).  If you've already got web pages or other pre-existing content you can easily add this to your club's website.
3. Publish your pages and they're immediately visible to the rest of the internet.
4. You now have a shiny new website. How exciting is that?

The inevitable catch

There had to be at least one, and here they are:

1. You will have to agree to abide by our terms of use: nothing obscene, defamatory or scandalous is to be posted on your site.
2. We (the Owners of the Trumpet) reserve the right to edit or remove any of your site's content at any time and without notice,
3. Adding and / or creating club content to your clubs web site will require some technical ability on your part: familiarity with the internet and computers in general, for a start. There are some things in life which are a little tricky and this is one of them. Sorry.

The above conditions may look a little intimidating, but don't worry: if you apply common sense all will be well.
